MGT648 – Talent Management

This course will provide in-depth exercises and case studies related to managing a diverse set of individuals in today’s business environment. 学生 will learn that managing people is not just the job of the Human Resources department; rather it is a partnership between all departments within an organization working collaboratively to manage an organization’s greatest asset – its people. Upon completion of this course, students will be able to discourse on recruitment and retention; conflict management and negotiation, developing talent, rewards and recognitions programs, and succession planning.
