OPM472 Applied Project Management

This course develops and expands the student's knowledge of project 管理ment methodology and processes. 学生 will learn project 管理ment procedures along with tools used to plan, 管理, 组织, 监控, and control a project. 学生 will learn how to select projects, 管理 effective teams, overcome conflict, close projects, and use negotiation skills. Upon successful course completion, students will be able to demonstrate the fundamental rules and tenets of the PMBOK (as published by the Project Management Institute) and to apply practical methodology in real world situations.
