BUS480L Strategic Planning & Implementation LAB

The Strategic Planning and Implementation Lab provides students the opportunity to implement the theories and concepts learned throughout the business administration program. The lab will focus on an interactive strategic management simulation that provides hands-on experience while making business decisions in a competitive environment. Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to apply business principles in key functional areas, including competitive analysis, 生产, 市场营销, research and development, 和金融.
